Business Points Data is a comprehensive database containing more than 16 million geographic points of business locations throughout the United States. This data allows you to see business locations in a given geographic area, and gather valuable information on those businesses such as business name, address, employee size, parent company information, public or private designations and more. This level of detail makes Business Points Data ideal for:

Many NEW Data Elements- including NAICS code (all-new system for classifying business establishments), Actual Employee Size, Tradestyle (secondary or tradestyle name of the establishment), and Headquarter/Branch Code.
Enhanced Geocoding Accuracy - Business Points 4.2 has been enhanced with MapInfo MapMarker's new ZIP Code geocoding levels that greatly increase the geocoding accuracy for P.O. Box ZIP Codes and unique ZIP Codes.
Acxiom maintains the InfoBase Business database. Developed from multiple
sources, the InfoBase data is verified, cleansed and integrated to create
the most accurate business database available. MapInfo has assembled the
InfoBase data into 16 different packages - in .tab format - for use with
MapInfo software. They include:
